Diplomová práce se zabývá meziobecní spoluprací v odpadovém hospodářství v Jihomoravském kraji – konkrétně pak faktory, které působí na meziobecní spolupráci ve smyslu nižší efektivnosti. Práce obsahuje část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou díky literární rešerši definovány jednotlivé faktory neefektivity. The diploma thesis deals with inter-municipal cooperation in waste management in the South Moravian Region - specifically the factors that affect lower efficiency in inter-municipal cooperation. The thesis contains a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, individual factors of inefficiency are defined thanks to a literature search.
