Abstract:

Práce se zabývá společenskou odpovědností ve sportu, zejména ve fotbale. Konkrétně je prováděna analýza a komparace CSR aktivit 10 nejvýdělečnějších klubů v Evropě dle oficiálních stránek Deloitte. Prováděna je i analýza CSR aktivit českých klubů. Na základě informací a dat jsou CSR aktivity evropských a českých týmů porovnány. Nechybí ani návrh implementace CSR aktivit pro české kluby. Hlavním cílem práce bylo porovnat CSR aktivity 10 nejvýdělečnějších evropských klubů mezi sebou. Sekundárním cílem bylo zanalyzovat CSR aktivity českých klubů a na základě toho navrhnout implementaci. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako sportovní marketing, role fotbalu ve společnosti, ale také pojmy jako CSR, GRI či Deloitte Football Money League. Tyto pojmy bylo nezbytné správně pochopit ke splnění cílů této práce. V praktické části jsou představeny kluby, ale především jsou popsány jejich CSR aktivity, které jsou následně komparovány na základě 2 hledisek. CSR aktivity jsou popsány i v české lize, za účelem porovnání s evropskými kluby, a především návrhu implementace.

Abstract:

The work deals with social responsibility in sports, especially in football. Specifically, the analysis and comparison of CSR activities of the 10 most profitable clubs in Europe according to the official Deloitte website is performed. An analysis of CSR activities of Czech clubs is also performed. Based on information and data, the CSR activities of European and Czech teams are compared. There is also a proposal for the implementation of CSR activities for Czech clubs. The main goal of the work was to compare the CSR activities of the 10 most profitable European clubs with each other. The secondary goal was to analyze the CSR activities of Czech clubs and, based on that, to propose an implementation. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains concepts such as sports marketing, the role of football in society, but also concepts such as CSR, GRI or Deloitte Football Money League. These concepts had to be properly understood to meet the objectives of this work. In the practical part, clubs are introduced, but above all their CSR activities are described, which are then compared on the basis of 2 aspects. CSR activities are also described in the Czech league, for the purpose of comparison with European clubs and especially the implementation proposal.
