Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení a otevření kynologické společnosti, zaměřené především na výcvik psů a také psího hotelu. Součástí podnikatelského plánu je výběr provozovny, vytvoření cen služeb, analýza konkurence pro daný podnik a trh, analýza zákazníka. This Master thesis deals with making of Business Plan Project. Thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan for the establishment and opening of a canine company, focused primarily on the training of dogs and also a dog hotel.
