Hlavními cíli této práce jsou charakteristika poznatků v oblasti sestavování, sledování, vyhodnocování nákladů na jednotlivých střediscích a identifikace řízení nákladů jako nástroj dosažení finančních cílů podniku. Main purpose of this thesis is characteristics of compiling, monitoring and assessing costs on individual cost centres and identifying cost management as an instrument for achieving company financial goals.
