The contribution of hybrid imaging SPECT/CT in oncological diagnostics
Abstract:
Teoretická část se věnuje popisu principu zobrazování v onkologické diagnostice a směřuje k odůvodnění příspěvku hybridního zobrazení v onkologii. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na přínos hybridního zobrazení SPECT/CT u scintigrafického vyšetření k detekci sentinelové uzliny. Zabývala jsem se statistikou a především srovnáváním výsledků hybridního zobrazení s planárním.
Abstract:
Theoretical part describes the principles of imaging in oncological diagnostics and seeks to justify the contribution of hybrid imaging in oncology. In practical part, I focused on benefits of hybrid imaging SPECT/CT in scintigraphic examination for detection of sentinel nodes. I deal with statistics and mostly comparing the results of hybrid imaging with planar imaging.
