Streamlining the process of claiming deliveries of assembly parts from the Parts expedition center to an external assembly plant

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na reklamační proces nového projektu CKD Vietnam firmy Škoda Auto a.s. Cílem této práce je zefektivnění procesu reklamací dodávek dílů v projektu CKD Vietnam firmy Škoda Auto a.s., s dílčím cílem identifikace procesních chyb tohoto procesu. K dosažení tohoto cíle byla provedena detailní analýza současného procesu, zahrnující studium dokumentu BPP, metodik Škoda Auto a.s. a VW týkajících se reklamačních zásad v xKD procesech, a dalších interních dokumentů. Dále byly využity konzultace s kolegy z logistiky a vedením projektu a osobní zkušenosti získané během práce na projektu. Analýzy odhalily specifické procesní chyby a poskytly návrhy na zlepšení vybraných oblastí reklamačního procesu. Výsledkem práce je soubor návrhů na nápravu těchto chyb a zvýšení efektivity procesu reklamací v projektu CKD Vietnam.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the claim process of the new CKD Vietnam project by Škoda Auto a.s. The aim of this work is to streamline the claim process of parts deliveries in the CKD Vietnam project of Škoda Auto a.s., with a partial goal of identifying process errors in this process. To achieve this goal, a detailed analysis of the current process was carried out, including the study of the BPP document, Škoda Auto a.s. and VW methodologies regarding claim principles in xKD processes and other internal documents. Consultations with colleagues from logistics and project management, as well as personal experiences gained during work on the project were also utilized. The analyses revealed specific process errors and provided suggestions for improving selected areas of the claim process. The result of this work is a set of proposals for correcting these errors and increasing the efficiency of the claim process in the CKD Vietnam project.
