The terms of the offering tap water in the restaurants of the region High Tatras

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of the conditions of the supply of tap water in the High Tatras, the actual administration and valuation. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is based on marketing research, theoretical knowledge and personal experience to bring a preview of the Administration and, in particular, drinks and water from tap in restaurants in the High Tatras and their valuation. The work is divided into three chapters: the first is theoretical-methodological section, the second is the analytical and the third is the design. In a theoretical-methodological part I focus on definition of the concept of water, its origin and its benefits for the human body with respect to the drinking regime and associated with the topic of dehydration and hyperhydration, the possibilities of treatment and storage of water. Analytical part introduces with the presence of water and water resources in the High Tatras and Tatra bath, also with legislation in the Slovak Republic, which deals with water and gastronomic facilities. It also deals with the conditions and terms of the beverage menus and their gastronomic offer of drinks, discusses the rules served in premises in the High Tatras, the quality of tap water in the Tatra settlements, an analysis of the costs associated with the administration of water and the amount of the valuation analysis of the shoulder, relationships to water drinkers and their attitudes towards recycling and gastronomic operators on this topic. It is also dedicated to the Czech program, and similar programs "Kohoutková" in the world. In the design section, I compare the attitudes of customers with the views of the new operators in the High Tatras. And also a short choices of marketing strategy adjustment of beverage menus preference to tap water. At the conclusion of Bachelor work I will recapitulate content and will answer and research problem, which I have set.

Abstract:

Táto bakalárska práca sa venuje problematike podmienok ponuky vody z vodovodu v regióne Vysoké Tatry, jej samotného podávania a oceňovania. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je na základe marketingového prieskumu, teoretických poznatkov a osobných skúseností priniesť náhľad na podávanie nápojov a vody z vodovodu v reštauráciách v regióne Vysoké Tatry a ich oceňovanie. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol: prvá je teoretickometodologická časť, druhá je analytická a tretia je návrhová. V teoreticko- metodologickej časti sa venujem definícii pojmu vody, jej pôvod a výskyt, jej prospešnosť pre ľudský organizmus s ohľadom na pitný režim a stým spojenou témou dehydratácie a hyperhydratácie, možnosťami úpravy a skladovania vody. Analytická časť oboznamuje s výskytom vody a vodných zdrojov vo Vysokých Tatrách a tatranským kúpeľom, tiež s legislatívou v Slovenskej republike, ktorá sa zaoberá vodou a gastronomickými zariadeniami. Zaoberá sa tiež podmienkami a náležitosťami nápojových lístkov a ich gastronomickými pravidlami, rozoberá ponuku nápojov podávaných v gastronomických zariadeniach vo Vysokých Tatrách , kvalitu vody z vodovodu vo tatranských osadách, analýzu nákladov spojených s podávaním kohútikovej vody a jej výšky oceňovania, analýzu vzťahov konzumentov k vode a ich postojov k oceňovaniu a vzťahov prevádzkovateľov gastronomických zariadení k tejto téme. Tiež sa venuje českému programu „Kohoutková“, a niektorými podobnými programami vo svete. V návrhovej časti sa venujem porovnaniu postojov zákazníkov s postojmi prevádzkovateľov gastronomických zariadení v regióne Vysoké Tatry. A tiež aj krátkeho návrhu možností marketingovej stratégie úpravy nápojových lístkov k preferencii vody z vodovodu. V závere bakalárskej práce zrekapitulujem obsah a odpoviem výskumný problém, ktorý som si stanovila.
