Synthesis and reactions of isothiuronium salts derived from 3-brom-3\kur{H}-isobenzofuran-1-one
Abstract:
Reakcí substituovaných thiomočovin a 3-brom-2-benzofuran-1(3H)-onu byly připraveny S-(3-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2-benzofuran-1-yl) isothiouronium bromid a N,N´-dimethyl-S-(3-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2-benzofuran-1-yl) isothiouronium bromid. Oba produkty pak byly podrobeny transformační reakci za vzniku 1-hydroxy-3-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-isoindol-2-karbothioamidu a 1,3-dimethyl-1-(3-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2-benzofuran-1-yl)thiomočoviny …more
Abstract:
S-(3-Oxo-1,3-dihydro-2-benzofuran-1-yl) isothiouronium bromide and N,N´-dimethyl-S-(3-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2-benzofuran-1-yl) isothiouronium bromide was prepared by the reaction of 3-bromo-2-benzofuran-1(3H)-one with substituted thioureas. Both of them products was rearrange to 1-hydroxy-3-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-isoindol-2-carbothioamide a 1,3-dimethyl-1-(3-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2-benzofuran-1-yl)thiourea.
