Abstract:

Diplomová práce Komparační analýza postojů vůči lidem se znevýhodněním u učitelů prvního stupně ZŠ a studentů 4. a 5. Ročníků VŠ: oboru Učitelství pro 1. st. ZŠ. Cílem je zjistit, zda má délka pedagogické praxe a didaktické kompetence vliv na postoje učitelů vůči inkluzivnímu vzdělávání. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část bude vyvstávat z literární rešerše dostupných pramenů a aktuálních legislativních ukotvení v kontextu inkluzivního vzdělávání v ČR a zahraničí. Výzkumná část bude na základě analýzy dat z realizovaného výzkumného šetření interpretovat možné prediktory změn postojů u pedagogů. Postoje pedagogů budou měřeny na bogardusově škále sociální distance. Výsledky práce budou vyjadřovat doporučení do praxe, a to většinou pedeutologického charakteru, jak vzdělání a praxe učitelů může mít vliv na jejich postoje k aktuálním vzdělávacím trendům a jak je ovlivňovat.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "The Comparative Analysis of the Attitudes of Primary Teachers and Fourth-year And Fifth-year Primary Teacher Training Undergraduates Towards Disadvantaged People". Our goal is to find the influence of the length of teaching experience and didactic competence on teachers´ attitudes towards inclusive education. The thesis comprises two parts, a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part will be the result of literature research on available resources and present legislation on inclusive education in the Czech Republic and other countries. The practical part will include a research survey analysis and its interpretation regarding possible predictors of changes in teachers´ attitudes. The teachers´ attitudes will be measured on Bogardus social distance scale. The research will result in recommendations mainly concerning pedeutological viewpoint on education and teaching experience of teachers and its effect on their attitudes towards present educational trends and how to affect them.
