Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku nádorových onemocnění, jejich výskyt, průběh a léčbu. Práce také poskytuje stručný přehled o alternativním způsobu léčby rakoviny - onkolytické viroterapii. Zaměřuje se na duktální adenokarcinom pankreatu a využití viroterapie k jeho léčbě.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on cancer, its incidence, course and treatment. The thesis also provides a brief overview of an alternative method of cancer treatment - oncolytic virotherapy. It focuses on ductal adenokarcinoma of the pancreas and the use of virotherapy for its treatment.
