Jednotný mapový klíč pro orientační běh.

Universal Symbol Set for Orienteering Maps
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou mapových klíčů používaných v prostředí orientačního běhu. Práce na základě uživatelských nároků kriticky hodnotí stávající mapové klíče. Dále navrhuje jednotný (univerzální) mapový klíč, kde spojuje přednosti používaných klíčů a odstraňuje jejich nedostatky. Výsledný mapový klíč byl vizualizován a otestován v praxi orientačního běhu.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of symbol sets used in orienteering. Based on user requirements it critically evaluates current map specifications. Furthemore it suggests the unified (universal) map symbology which connects the advantages and reduces the shortcomings of the presents specifications. The final draft has been visualized and practically tested by orienteering runners.
