Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je personální práce ve finanční instituci, která je základem fungování každého podniku a její nedílnou součástí je zaměření se na budování mezilidských vztahů na pracovišti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části své práce se zabývám tím, co vlastně je personální práce, a jak by měla vypadat. Zaměřuji se zde detailněji na jednotlivé personální činnosti, vytváření a analýzu pracovních míst; personální plánování; získávání, výběr a následné přijímání pracovníků; hodnocení pracovníků; odměňování pracovníků; vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků; pracovní vztahy a péče o pracovníky. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě oblasti. V první oblasti jsem se zabývala personálními činnostmi v praxi na konkrétním případě jedné finanční instituce, která mi poskytla jejich pokyny pro personální práci. V druhé oblasti této praktické části jsem se zaměřila na loajalitu a spokojenost pracovníků v této instituci. K dosažení výsledků jsem využila metodu dotazování formou anonymních dotazníků, kterých se účastnili všichni zaměstnanci instituce, kde jsem absolvovala praxi. V závěru je uvedeno zhodnocení výsledků, ke kterým jsem dospěla při vyhodnocování jednotlivých otázek samotného dotazníku. Výsledky mého průzkumu poslouží instituci ke zmapování spokojenosti svých zaměstnanců na pracovišti.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor thesis is Personnel work in the financial institution which is the basis of the operation of any company and its integral component is a focus on building interpersonal relations in workplace. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of this thesis has dealt with the meaning of personnel work and how should it look like. We focused in more detail on individual personnel development activities and the analysis of positions, personnel planning, getting, selection and subsequently recruitment, staff evaluation, staff remuneration, staff education and development, employee relations and welfare. The practical part is divided into two areas. In the first area I have dealt on personnel activities in a practicular case of one financial institution which offered me its instructions for personnel work. In the second area of this part I have dealt on loyalty and satisfaction of emplyees in this institution. To achieve the results I used the method of interrogating by anonymous questionnaires in which participated all the employees of the institution where I practised. In the ending of this thesis there is a valuation of the results to which I reached in the scoring of individual issues questionnaire itself. My survey results will serve the company to map the satisfaction of its employees.
