Abstract:

Hlavní myšlenkou této absolventské práce je Genderová problematika a sociální práce. K rozhodnutí zvolit toto téma mě vedlo několik důvodů a faktorů, kde mezi ně patří skutečnost, že v sociální práci existuje mnoho prací na různá témata, která již byla několikrát prozkoumána. Nicméně, podle mého názoru je toto téma nedostatečně vyzdvihované a může přinést mnoho nových poznatků. Poznávací cíl mé práce je „zjistit, jaký je vliv genderových rolí na práci sociálních pracovníků v České republice a jak se promítají do vzniku sociálních problémů u klientů.“ V teoretické části se zabývám teoretickými poznatky a vysvětlením pojmů souvisejících s genderovou problematikou. Analyzuji teorie genderových rolí a stereotypů a také se zabývám rovností mezi ženami a muži. Dále popisuji naše životní etapy. A v neposlední řadě se zaměřuji na vztah mezi sociálním pracovníkem, genderem, prací sociálního pracovníka a vznikem sociálních problémů u klienta. Praktická část je provedená prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu a zvolenou technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný vzorek zahrnoval 9 lidí, kteří pracují v různých organizacích a působí v různých krajích ČR. Výzkum ukazuje, že genderové role mají značný vliv na práci sociálních pracovníků a mohou hrát klíčovou roli při vzniku sociálních problémů u klientů. Ovlivňuje spolupráci mezi pracovníky a klienty v oblasti sociální práce. Genderové stereotypy a pohlaví mohou ovlivnit důvěru klientů a kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Dalším významným problémem je nedostatečné povědomí nebo špatná informovanost o této problematice. Tato absolventská práce je doporučena všem, kteří mají zájem o dané téma, veřejnosti, zaměstnavatelům, sociálním pracovníkům a dalším. Pomůže vám proniknout do problematiky a poukáže na očekávání, která v ČR máme a jak reagovat na vzniklé situace. Pro další uchazeče, co se budou zajímat o toto téma, aby mohli dále přispět k šíření povědomí o daném tématu a k prosazení změn v budoucnosti.

Abstract:

The main idea of final work is Gender issues and social work. Several reasons and factors led me to decide to choose this topic, one of which is the fact that there are many works in social work on different topics that have already been researched several times. However, in my opinion, this topic is under-examined and can bring a lot of new knowledge. The cognitive goal of my work is „finding out the influence of gender roles on the work of social workers in the Czech Republic and how they are reflected in the emergence of social problems among clients." In the theoretical part, I deal with theoretical findings and explanations of concepts related to gender issues. I analyze theories of gender roles and stereotypes and also deal with equality between women and men. Next, I describe our life stages. And last but not least, I focus on the relationship between the social worker, gender, the work of the social worker and the emergence of social problems in the client. The practical part is carried out through qualitative research and the chosen semi-structured interview technique. The research sample included 9 people who work in different organizations and operate in different regions of the Czech Republic. Research shows that gender roles have a significant impact on the work of social workers and can play a key role in the development of social problems for clients. It also affects the cooperation between workers and clients in the field of social work. Gender stereotypes and gender can affect client trust and the quality of services provided. Another significant problem is lack of awareness or poor information about this issue. This final work is recommended to all who are interested in the topic, the public, employers, social workers and others. It will help you understand the issue and will point out the expectations we have in the Czech Republic and how to react to situations that arise. For other applicants who will be interested in this topic, so that they can further contribute to spreading awareness about the topic and to push for change in the future.
