Vliv aktivního managementu v doubravách NP Podyjí na faunu pavouků (Araneae) a střevlíků (Carabidae)

Effect of active management on spiders and ground beetles in oak woodlands of Podyjí National Park

Abstract:

V rámci předkládané diplomové práce byl zkoumán vliv aktivního managementu v doubravách národního parku Podyjí na epigeickou faunu pavouků a střevlíků. Výzkum probíhal na dvou lokalitách u obcí Popice a Hnanice v NP Podyjí. Konkrétně byly zvoleny odchytové plochy ve třech různých typech managementů: aktivní prosvětlení, přirozené prosvětlení a kontrolní bezzásahové zapojené plochy. Odchyt pavouků i střevlíků byl proveden formou zemních pastí. K odchytu daného materiálu byly na každé ploše použity tři zemní pasti v transektu, který byl veden středem zájmových ploch. Výzkum probíhal od dubna do srpna 2019. Celkem bylo odchyceno 4 402 dospělých jedinců pavouků, jež náleží do 69 druhů, a 1 104 dospělých jedinců střevlíků, jež náleží do 50 druhů. Nejpočetnějším druhem u pavouků byl zjištěn druh Pardosa lugubris (Walckenaer, 1802), a u střevlíků to byl druh Calosoma sycophantha (Linnaeus, 1758). Celkem bylo zjištěno 20 druhů pavouků, a 6 druhů střevlíků z Červeného seznamu ohrožených živočichů a seznamu zvláště chráněných druhů. Po vyhodnocení statistických analýz bylo zjištěno, že druhová bohatost pavouků a střevlíků byla vyšší na plochách pod aktivním zásahem, než bezzásahových, ale nelišila se od ploch přirozeně prosvětlených. U střevlíků byla nejvyšší početnost na plochách pod aktivním zásahem, u pavouků nebyl zjištěn signifikantní rozdíl v početnosti. Celkově byla na plochách pod aktivním zásahem zjištěna celá řada vzácných a ohrožených druhů pavouků i střevlíků. Jedná se především o xerotermní druhy typické pro lesostepní stanoviště, které osidlovaly jak přirozeně prosvětlené plochy, tak i plochy aktivně prosvětlené za účelem převodu na pařezinové hospodaření. Z toho vyplývá význam využití aktivního managementu za účelem prosvětlení původně bezzásahových porostů v národním parku Podyjí. Pokud bude tento management postupně maloplošně obnovován ve vhodných částech národního parku, tak se domnívám, že dojde k výrazné podpoře lokální biodiverzity tohoto velmi cenného území.

Abstract:

Throughout this master degree thesis, investigation had been undertaken in relation to the effect of active management in oak woodlands National Park Podyjí to epigeic fauna of Araneae and Carabidae. This research was done in two locations near the villages of Popice and Hnanice in the National Park Podyjí. Specifically were chosen sampling sites in three different types of management: active management, naturally open habitats and control unmanaged habitats. Araneae and Carabidae trapping was executed in the form of pitfall traps. To trap already mentioned material, three ground traps which were divided by five meters transect from each other, were used on every site, this transect line was led to be in the middle of the sites. The investigation was being undertaken from April to August 2019. Total number of fully grown captured Araneae came to 4 402, these can be divided into 69 species and the number of fully grown captured Carabidae came to 1104, these can be divided into 50 species. The most common species of Araneae was found to be Pardosa lugubris (Walckenaer, 1802) and along Carabidae was Calosoma sycophantha (Linnaeus, 1758). In total it was discovered that there are 20 species of Araneae and 6 species of Carabiade, that are on the red list of endangered animals. After evaluation of the statistics, it was found that the variety of Araneae and Carabidae was broader on the sites that were under the active interference rather than under the unmanaged, however there was no difference from natural backlighted sites. Along Carabidae the highest number was in sites which were under active interference, however there was no significant difference in terms of their numbers. In total there was found all sorts of different types of endangered Araneae and Carabidae on sites that are under active management. These are mainly xerotherm types typical for forest–steppe habitats, these can reside at naturally open sites as well as actively managed sites, to achieve the goal of moving their habitat to coppice management. This implies the importance of using active management in order to illuminate the ongoing non–intervention stands in the Podyjí National Park. If this management is gradually renewed on a small scale in suitable parts of the national park, then I believe that there will be a significant support for the local biodiversity of this very valuable area.
