Crimes and misdemeanour – the concept of teaching at primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá pojetím výuky trestných činů a přestupků na základní škole. V rámci teoretické části první kapitola vysvětluje obecné poznatky o trestním právu a klíčové pojmy, které se pojí s trestnými činy. V návaznosti na trestné činy se následující kapitola věnuje trestné činnosti dětí a mladistvých. Práce dále popisuje základní definice přestupku, ukazuje rozdíly mezi přestupkem a trestným činem, zmiňuje sankce, které s přestupky souvisí, a popisuje páchání přestupků mladistvých. Následně je představeno téma protiprávního jednání v občanské výchově, zejména ve spojení s Rámcovým vzdělávacím programem. Taktéž práce analyzuje, jak je téma protiprávního jednání prezentováno v učebnicích občanské výchovy. Druhá část práce se pokouší o didaktické zpracování návrhu pojetí výuky trestných činů a přestupků na základní škole. V neposlední řadě popisuje reflexi realizované výuky. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout výuku, prostřednictvím které bude žákům přiblížena problematika trestné činnosti, jak z teoretického, tak z praktického hlediska.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the concept of teaching crimes and misdemeanours in primary school. Within the theoretical part, the first chapter explains the general knowledge of criminal law and the key concepts related to crimes. Following on from crimes, the next chapter focuses on youth crime. The thesis also describes the basic definitions of misdemeanour, shows the differences between a misdemeanour and a crime, mentions the sanctions associated with misdemeanours, and describes the committing of youth misdemeanours. The topic of unlawful conduct in civic education is then introduced, particularly in connection with the Framework Educational Programme. The thesis also analyses how the topic of unlawful conduct is presented in civic education textbooks. The second part of the thesis attempts a didactic elaboration of the proposal of the concept of teaching crimes and misdemeanours in primary school. Finally, it describes the reflection of the implementation of the teaching. The aim of the thesis is to design a teaching through which pupils will be introduced to the issue of crime, both from a theoretical and practical point of view.
