The theme of the work is to protect the investor’s financial market, which is increasingly expanding as the possibilities in a positive direction, both in the negative. The work is divided into three chapters, where the first devoted to the characteristics of the financial market and its instruments. Abstract:
Témou práce je ochrana investora na finančnom trhu, ktorý sa stále viac a viac rozširuje ako o možností v pozitívnom smere, tak aj v negatívnom. Práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly, kde sa v prvej venujeme charakteristike finančného trhu a jeho nástrojov. V druhej sa venujeme legislatívnej úprave tohto trhu a na záver uvádzame príklady ochrany investorov, ktoré sa už uskutočnili.
