Confectionery workshop for students and their equipment
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o cukrářské dílně a jejím vybavením. Rozebírá základní pedagogické dokumenty, profil absolventa, jeho dispozice a kompetence. Návrh cukrářského provozu tak, aby vyhovoval všem právním předpisům, vyhláškám, hygienickým normám. Základní cukrářské stroje, bezpečnost práce a hygiena na pracovišti.
Abstract:
The work is about confectionary work shop and its equipment. It analyzes the basic pedagogical documents, graduate profile, student's disposition and competence.Design of confectionery operations to meet all laws, decrees, hygienic standards. Basic confectionary machines, safety work and hygiene in the workplace.
