Modern Trends in Personnel Management in the Chemistry Company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaobírá moderními trendy personálního managementu v podnicích chemického průmyslu. První část práce dokumentuje vývoj a objevující se nové trendy v personálním managementu. Aplikací těchto moderních trendů a přístupů se zabývá druhá část práce. Také jsou uvedena pozitiva a stinné stránky problematiky těchto trendů. V praktické části je rozebráno rozšíření trendů v podnicích.
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis we have been observing the Modern trends in personnel management in the chemistry company. The first part discusses development and the latest trends in personnel management. The second part deals with application of these new modern trends. There are also discussed positives and negatives of this issue. In the practical part analyzed the expansion of trends in the company.
