Assessment of selected aspects of process control implementation in a corporation
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast procesního řízení a modelování podnikových procesů. Je v ní zachycen současný stav vybraného procesu a navržena jeho úprava. V závěru je vypracováno zhodnocení přínosů navrženého řešení.
Abstract:
The bachelor work focuses on the field of process management and the simulation of business processes. There is a current state of the chosen process depicted and its adjustment suggested. At the close there is the evaluation of contributions of the suggested solution worked out.
