Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu živnostenského podnikání v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení a analýza právní úpravy živnostenského podnikání a navržení změn v legislativě. V teoretické části je provedena analýza právní úpravy živnostenského podnikání. The Bachelor thesis is focused on the legal regulation of commercial activities in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate and analyse the legal regulation of trade business and to suggest some changes in legislation.
