Příprava monolitických kapilárních kolon s uhlíkovými mikroelektrodami

Development of a monolithic capillary columns with carbon microelectrodes
Abstract:
Tato diplomova prace se zabyva p.ipravou monolitickych kapilarnich kolon s uhlikovymi mikroelektrodami. Pomoci uhlikovych a st.ibrnych mikrovlaken byla vytvo.ena pracovni a referentni elektroda, ktere byly nasledn. fixovany uvnit. k.emenne kapilary s vnit.nim pr.m.rem 530 ?Ęm. Vlastnosti p.ipraveneho elektrochemickeho detektoru byly optimalizovany z hlediska stability, linearity stanoveni a meze detekce …more
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to prepare an integrated electrochemical detector inside fused-silica capillary with monolithic stationary phase. To reach this goal, we have used carbon and silver microfibers and used them as a working and reference electrode, respectively. After their integration inside the capillary, the preparation of presented electrochemical detector has been optimized in terms of stability …more
