Abstract:

Tylšarová, K. Age management ve výrobní firmě. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Age management ve výrobní firmě se zabývá tématem Age managementu, implementací jeho postupů pro konkrétní firmu a legislativních podmínek. Mezi popsanými tématy je například Age management, stárnutí populace, zaměstnávání osob 50+, pracovní schopnost. Hlavním cílem této práce je představení problematiky Age managementu a jeho zakotvení v legislativě a navrhnout implementaci postupů Age managementu pro konkrétní firmu a zhodnotit podmínky vyplývající z legislativy.

This bachelor's thesis entitled Age management in a manufacturing company deals with the topic of age management, the implementation of its procedures for a particular company and legislative conditions. Among the topics described are, for example, age management, population aging, employment of people 50+, work ability. The main goal of this work is to introduce the issue of age management and its anchoring in legislation and to propose the implementation of age man-agement procedures for a particular company and evaluate the conditions arising from the legislation.
