RŮŽIČKOVÁ, E. Podnikatelský záměr hmyzí farmy s produkcí hmyzu pro lidskou spotřebu. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2023. Bakalářské práce se zabývá podnikatelský záměr hmyzí farmy s produkcí hmyzu pro lidskou spotřebu. Na začátku práce jsou vysvětleny výživové vlastnosti hmyzu a ekologické hledisko chovu. Literární rešerše se věnuje charakteristice a specifikům podnikatelského záměru u hmyzí farmy a zásadám chovu hmyzu. V praktické části je navržena hmyzí farma s marketingovým plánem, finančním plánem a popsán postup chovu jednotlivých druhů hmyzu.

RŮŽIČKOVÁ E. Business plan for an insect farm producing insects for human consumption. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2023. The bachelor thesis deals with the business plan of insect farm with the produc-tion of insects for human consumption. At the beginning of the thesis the nutri-tional properties of insects and the ecological aspect of farming are explained. The literature search focuses on the characteristics and specifics of the insect farm business plan and the principles of insect farming. In the practical part, the insect farm is designed with a marketing plan, financial plan and the process of rearing each insect species is described.
