The thesis focuses on the use of quantile regression in a situation of censored response. First, we present the basics of quantile regression, which are later extended to the context of censoring. Diplomová práca sa zameriava na použitie kvantilovej regresie v situácii cenzúrovanej odozvy. Najskôr uvádzame základy kvantilovej regresie, ktoré sú neskôr rozšírené do kontextu cenzúrovania. Následne sa venujeme teórii pojednávajúcej o aditívnych modeloch, ktorú prepájame s príslušným algoritmom pre cenzúrovanú kvantilovú regresiu.
