Vliv vedení na angažovanost zaměstnanců generace Z

Abstract:

Tato disertační práce zkoumala vztah mezi angažovaností zaměstnanců a vedením s konkrétním zaměřením na jednotlivce z generace Z. Generace Z se narodila mezi pozdními 90. lety a ranými 2000. přinesla modernímu pracovnímu trhu jedinečné charakteristiky a pohony, jako je rychlá adaptabilita na technologie a digitální myšlení. Angažovanost zaměstnanců byla klíčovým faktorem pro zajištění produktivity a úspěchu organizace. Nicméně, techniky angažovanosti musely být přizpůsobeny preferencím a motivacím každé generace, včetně generace Z. Disertační práce prozkoumávala pohony, které ovlivňují angažovanost generace Z a analyzovala, jaké strategie vedení lze v pracovním prostředí použít k podpoře angažovanosti této specifické demografie. Porozumění dynamiky mezi vedením a jedinečnými charakteristikami generace Z mohlo pomoci organizacím vytvořit angažovanější a produktivnější pracovní prostředí a zajistit úspěch jak zaměstnanců, tak celé společnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis explored the relationship between employee engagement and leadership with a specific focus on Generation Z individuals. Generation Z were born between late 1990s and early 2000s, brought unique characteristics and drivers to the modern workforce, such as quick adaptability to technology and digital mindset. Employee engagement was a critical factor in ensuring workplace productivity and organizational success. However, engagement techniques needed to be tailored to the preferences and motivations of each generation, including Generation Z. The thesis delved into the drivers that influenced Generation Z's engagement and analyzed what leadership strategies could be applied in the workplace to boost engagement among this specific demographic. By understanding the dynamics between leadership and Generation Z's unique characteristics, organizations could foster a more engaging and productive work environment, ensuring the success of both employees and the company as a whole.
