Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme zavedení a následné analýze základních modelů matematické epidemiologie a jejich zobecnění na modely strukturované; formulujeme modely SI, SIR, SIS a jejich modifikace na prostorové (v případě SIR modelu) a pohlavní (v případě SIS modelu) struktuře. In this thesis we focus on the introduction and the analysis of elementary models of mathematical epidemiology and on their generalization to the structured models; we formulate SI, SIR, SIS models and their modifications to the spatial (for SIR model) and the venereal disease (for SIS model) structured models.
