Social entrepreneurship as a tool for integration

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je popsat sociální podnikání a zjistit, zda zvolený sociální podnik naplňuje rozpoznávací indikátory pro integrační sociální podniky. Část teoretická se věnuje popisu jednotlivých aspektů sociální ekonomiky a jejího uplatňování v České republice. Pro výzkumnou část práce je zvolen sociální podnik, který má sociální podnikání zakotveno ve svých zakladatelských dokumentech a je u něj posuzováno naplnění rozpoznávacích indikátorů pro integrační sociální podniky. Odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku jsme hledali kvalitativní výzkumnou strategií, metodou zakotvené teorie. Získaná data jsme analyzovali otevřeným a axiálním kódováním. Hlavním výstupem práce bylo zjištění, že tento integrační sociální podnik nenaplňuje všechny rozpoznávací indikátory pro integrační sociální podniky, a proto jej nelze považovat za nástroj integrace. V závěru práce je také návrh možnosti zlepšení identifikovatelnosti tohoto podniku jako integračního sociálního podniku.

Abstract:

The goal of a diploma thesis is to describe the social entrepreneurship and to find out if the chosen social enterprise fulfills recognitive indicators for integration social enterprises The Theoretical part pays attention to describe each aspects of social economy and its influence in the Czech republic. For the research part of the thesis, a social enterprise is selected, which has social entrepreneurship embedded in it is founding documents and it is assessed the fulfillment of recognition indicators for integration social enterprises. The answer to the main research question was sought by qualitative research strategy, grounded theory. The obtained data were analyzed by open and axial coding. The main output of the work was to find out that this integration social enterprise does not fulfill all recognition indicators for integration social enterprises and therefore it cannot be considered as an instrument of integration. The conclusion of the thesis is a proposal to improve the identifiability of this company as an integration social enterprise.
