Econometric Model of Home Prices in Brno
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na stanovení proměnných determinujících ceny bytů v~Brně. K~analýze se využívá ekonometrický model zpracovaný metodou nejmenších čtverců. Na základě modelů vytvořených pro prodané byty se ukázalo, že cena bytu je určena jeho rozlohou, počtem pokojů, typem vlastnictví, zdiva a příslušenstvím garáže a balkónu. This theses focuses on determining appraisement of real estate in Brno. Least squares method is used for analysis. According to the best fitted model appraisement is determining by floor space, number of rooms, ownership, walling, garage and balcony accesories.
