Diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci kalkulační metody Activity-Based Costing ve vybrané společnosti. Zvolený problém byl řešen pomocí procesní nákladové analýzy. The diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of Activity-Based Costing calculation method.The selected problem was solved using process cost analysis. The implementation of the new Activity-Based Costing calculation method was used for three products.
