Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium názorů klientů -- rekreantů na úroveň služeb a propagace Jindřichohradeckých místních drah (JHMD) a hledá možné rezervy, které by pomohly zvýšit poptávku po jejich službách mezi turisty.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the study of opinions of clients -- holidaymakers to the level of service and promotion Jindřichův Hradec Local Railways and looking for possible reserves, which would help increase demand for their services among tourists.
