Cílem bakalářské práce je zdokumentovat chov skotu v systému ekologického zemědělství v podmínkách CHKO Bílé Karpaty. Práce se zaměřuje především na ekologický chovu skotu, ale obsahuje také stručné kapitoly o ekologickém zemědělství, jeho vzniku, vývoji nebo legislativu. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe cattle breeding in the system of organic farming in the conditions of the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area. The thesis focuses mainly on organic cattle breeding, but also includes brief chapters on organic farming, its origin, development or legislation.
