Application of supervision in health care during a pandemic COVID-19

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se po teoretické stránce zabývá tématy zátěže a stresu v obecné rovině, společně s jejich specifiky ve zdravotnictví. Dále představuje metody efektivního řešení zátěžových situací. Vzhledem k cíli práce je značný rozsah práce věnován supervizi ve zdravotnictví. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřena na vyhledání zátěžových faktorů vzniklých u nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků, při práci na covidových odděleních standardního typu. Analýzou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, provedených s nelékařskými zdravotnickými pracovníky, byly identifikovány zátěžové faktory, ze kterých byly následně označeny ty, jejichž zpracování je potenciálně vhodné s využitím aplikace supervize ve zdravotnictví.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topics of workload and stress in general, together with their specifics in healthcare. It also represents methods of efficient solutions to stressful situations. Given the aim of the diploma thesis, a large part of it is focused on supervision in healthcare. The research part of the thesis is focused on finding stress factors developed by nursing staff while working in standard type Covid wards. Stress factors were identified by analysing semi-structured interviews with nursing staff, from which were subsequently identified those factors, whose processing is potentially appropriate by using the application of supervision in health care.
