This thesis introduces the reader to the environment of virtual communities, explains the concept of stalking and cyberstalking, examines the legislation of the European states, the United States of America and the Czech Republic and presents the cases of stalking, cyberstalking. Táto práca čitateľa zoznamuje s prostredím virtuálnych komunít, vysvetľuje pojmy stalking a kyberstalking, skúma legislatívu Európskych štátov, Spojených štátov amerických a Českej republiky a uvádza prípady stalkingu, kyberstalkingu.
