Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabýva vzájemným vztahem mezi adipocytokiny a nádorovými onemocněními. V práci jsou stručně popsány jednotlivé adipocytokiny, jejich vlastnosti, funkce a stanovení. Zaměřuje se na určité typy rakoviny a převážně na roli adiponektinu a leptinu v jejich rozvoji. Adiponektin navozuje apoptózu a inhibuje nádorový růst. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with interrelationship between adipocytokines and cancer. There are briefly described individual adipocytokines, their properties, functions and assesments in thesis. It focuses on specific types of cancer and especially the role of adiponectin and leptin in their development. Adiponectin induces apoptosis and inhibits tumor growth.
