Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů s cílem analyzovat systém řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané organizaci, určit možnosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodné změny. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou základního pojetí řízení lidských zdrojů a vymezením personálních činností, které jsou součástí řízení lidských zdrojů. Praktická část zahrnuje představení organizace, způsob řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci, vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci organizace a výsledky, kterými jsou návrhy na zlepšení řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with human resource management with the aim of analysing the human resource management system in the selected organisation, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting appropriate changes. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the basic concept of human resource management and the definition of personnel activities that are part of human resource management. The practical part includes the introduction of the organization, the method of human resource management in the organization, the evaluation of a questionnaire survey among the employees of the organization and the results, which are suggestions for improving human resource management in the organization.
