Risks in the pre-investment and investment stage of the life cycle of buildings
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce prozkoumává úzké vazby mezi jednotlivými fázemi stavby až po realizaci včetně. Pomocí příkladu, rekonstrukce rozsáhlého halového objektu v Plzeňském kraji, ukázat zpětnou vazbu mezi skutečností a domněnkami. Sekundárním cílem této práce je vytažení těch nejpodstatnějších částí z předinvestiční a investiční fáze, které bychom mohli nazvat pilíři stavby.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis explores the close links between the different phases of construction including completion. Using the example, the reconstruction of a large industrial building in the Pilsen region, this thesis shows the feedback between facts and assumptions.
