Teacher stressors during distance learning

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje stresorům učitele během distanční výuky. Je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika stresu, příznaky stresu, distanční výuka a psychohygiena. Praktická část je koncipována jako smíšený výzkum. Kvalitativní část výzkumu je založena na rozhovorech. Tyto rozhovory se podrobily otevřenému kódování a vazbami mezi kategoriemi. Na základě těchto rozhovorů byly identifikovány stresory, které se uvedly v dotazníku. Kvantitativní část vyžadovala vytvoření dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Dotazník zahrnoval 16 položek. Učitelé hodnotili stresory během prezenční výuky, v průběhu distanční výuky a bezprostředně po návratu do prezenční výuky pomocí škálové pětibodové stupnice.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis analyses different stressors of teachers during distance learning. It is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is further divided into three major chapters: Stress, Distance learning and Emotional Hygiene. The practical part combines a variety of research methods. The qualitative part of the research is based on interviews. These interviews were subjected to open coding and links between categories. Based on these interviews, stressors were identified and included in the questionnaire. The quantitative part required the development of a self-constructed questionnaire. The questionnaire included 16 items. Teachers rated the stressors during the face-to-face teaching, during the distance education and immediately after returning to face-to-face teaching using a five-point scale.
