Peripheral arterial disease on the basis of the peripheral arteries atherosclerosis

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ischemickou chorobu dolních končetin na podkladě aterosklerózy. Obsahem teoretické části je popis anatomie a patofyziologie arteriálního řečiště dolní končetiny, velká část je věnována rizikovým faktorům onemocnění a možnostem léčby. Cílem práce bylo zjistit spektrum pacientů s ischemickou chorobou dolních končetin vyskytujících se na okresním chirurgickém pracovišti, posoudit jejich anamnestická data, výskyt rizikových faktorů a komplikací. Zaměřila jsem se i na způsoby léčby, informovanost pacientů o léčbě a dodržování režimu léčby. Data pro empirickou část byla získána dotazníkovou metodou

Abstract:

This study is about ischemic disease of the lower extremity based on atherosclerosis. First part of this study is about anatomy and pathophysiology of the lower extremity blood circulatory system. Next part of the study describes the risc factors and complications of atherosclerosis. Purpose of this study is to select a representative group of patients with ischemic disease of the lower extremity, to evaluate the anamnestic data, risc factors and complications. Data such as ways of treatment, patients' foreknowledge of the disease and patient compliance were in my focus. The data presented in the last part of this study are based on annonymous questionaries filled by patients at city hospital.
