Správa osobného života je často rozdelená medzi viacero rôznych aplikácií. Užívatelia sledujú svoje financie v jednom nástroji, fyzickú aktivitu v druhom, úlohy a projekty inde a poznámky k štúdiu ešte na ďalšom mieste. Personal life management is often split across many separate applications. Users track their finances in one tool, physical activity in another, tasks and projects elsewhere, and study notes in yet another place.
