Abstract:

Práce popisuje historii pivovaru v Kostelci nad Černými lesy mezi lety 1924 - 1948. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První se zabývá počátky pivovarnictví na Černokostelecku.Druhá kapitola popisuje historii pivovaru mezi lety 1924 - 1948, kdy pivovar patřil akciové společnosti Hostinský pivovar. V této době se pivovar stal jedním z nejznámějších a nejvyhlášenějších pivovarů ve středních Čechách. Poslední část práce se věnuje vývoji pivovaru v Kostelci nad Černými lesy ve druhé polovině 20. století.

Abstract:

This work describes the history of brewery in Kostelec nad Černými lesy between 1924 - 1948. The work is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter describes the beginnings of brewing craft in Kostelec nad Černými lesy, the primal manorial brewery and building-up the new brewery building in 19th century. The part of this chapter is a brief history of the town Kostelec nad Černými lesy too. The second chapter describes the history of brewery between 1924 - 1948, when the brewery belong to joint-stock company Hostinský pivovar in Kostelec nad Černými lesy. At this time brewery became one of the most famous and the best known brewery in central Bohemia. The last chapter describes the fate of brewery in the second half of the 20th century.
