Předkládaná bakalářská práce představuje filmovou analýzu snímku Neporažená armáda (1938) od režiséra Jana Bora. V návaznosti na dominantu, kterou nachází ve „vlastenecké funkci filmu“, zkoumá snímek s využitím nástrojů neoformalistické analýzy ve třech rovinách: 1) kulturně-historický kontext, 2) narace a 3) vnitřní normy. This bachelor thesis presents a neoformalist analysis of movie Army Undefeated (1938) directed by Jan Bor. Following a dominant, which is found in “patriotic function”, analyzed the movie by using tools of neoformalist analysis in three levels: 1) cultural-historical context, 2) narrative and 3) internal standards.
