The Tuřany pilgrimage tradition in the 20th century
Abstract:
Poutní místo Tuřany patří mezi nejstarší poutní místa na Moravě. Cílem práce je ukázat, že ačkoli jeho největší rozkvět spadá do doby baroka, je i ve 20. století zdejší poutní tradice stále živá. Kromě nástinu vzniku a vývoje poutního místa a tradice, pojednává také o proměnách poutního areálu a především se snaží zachytit podobu a průběh poutí na 14 vybraných procesích. Abstract:
The pilgrimage site of Tuřany belongs to the oldest of the pilgrimage sites in Moravia. The thesis shows that, although its best times falls into the Baroque period, even in the 20th century, the local pilgrimage tradition is still alive.
