Development of the Company through Human Resources
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá tématem rozvoje lidských zdrojů ve společnosti. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je provést vnitřní analýzu systému podniku především v oblasti personálního managementu. Dále pak vyhodnocení získaných výsledků a poznatků a navržení cesty dalšího rozvoje lidských zdrojů.
Abstract:
This work deals with the theme of development of human resources in the company. The main objective of the thesis is to perform an internal analysis of the system business mainly in thee field of personal management. Further evaluation of the results obtained and teh findings and propose the way of further development of human resources.
