The Implementation Project of the Informational System that is Linked with Finance Management and Accountancy of the Chosen Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt implementace nového informačního systému s vazbou na řízení financí a účetnictví vybraného podniku. Původně malý podnik se od svého založení poměrně dynamicky rozvíjí, v současné době ho lze vnímat jako střední podnik, u kterého se v budoucnu předpokládá jeho další růst. Od založení podniku je účetnictví vedeno externí účetní kanceláří. S růstem podniku se však tento způsob vedení účetnictví stává nevyhovujícím, jelikož podnik získává účetní informace s časovým zpožděním, není tedy možné efektivně řídit finance podniku. Na základě provedení analýzy současného stavu vedení účetnictví, řízení podniku, podnikových procesů a požadavků podniku, došlo k vybrání tří softwarů, které splňují požadavky podniku. Pomocí bodového hodnocení vedoucích zaměstnanců podniku byl vybrán informační systém, který nejlépe splňuje funkční a finanční požadavky podniku. Toto rozhodnutí bylo podrobeno rizikové a finanční analýze, dále byl sestaven projekt přechodu na nový informační systém.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the project of implementation of a new information system with the connection to manage the finance and accountancy of the particular company. Originally small company begins to develop dynamically, at this time it is noticed as a medium sized company and it is presupposed to grow more in the future. Since the establishment of the company the bookkeeping is arranged through the external accounting office. However as the business growths this type of external accounting becomes less suitable because the company gets the accounting information with the time delay. That means it is not possible effectively manage finance business. Based on the contemporary analysis of the bookkeeping, the business management, the business process and the business request there are selected three software packages to fulfil the company requirement. With the help of scoring the company leaders choose the information sys-tem that is the most effective for the functional and financial request of the particular company. This decision is submitted to risk and financial analysis and followed by project of replacing to the new information systém.
