Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení současné právní úpravy regulace nájemného z bytu ve vztahu k zahraničním právním řádům. Obecná část této práce nejdříve popisuje současnou právní úpravu nájmu bytu, dále vymezuje formy regulace a jejich vývoj včetně specifického vývoje v českém právním řádě. This thesis deals with the rent control in comparison with other countries.The general part of this paper first describes the current tenancy legislation, further defines the forms of regulation and development, including specific development in the Czech civil law.
