Předkládaný text se zabývá problematikou personální stability komunálních zastupitelstev a změnami stranické příslušnosti jejich zastupitelů ve Zlínském kraji. K sestavení zkoumaného vzorku byly použity výsledky komunálních voleb, které proběhly mezi lety 1994 až 2010, v jedenadevadesáti vybraných obcích kraje. The submitted text deals with personal stability and the phenomenon of party-switching in the environment of municipal assemblies in the region Zlínský kraj. The data sample consists of ninety nine local councils which were elected in the period 1994-2010.
