V teoretické části této bakalářské práce jsou popsány bioaktivní vlastnosti chinolinu a jeho derivátů, dále jsou diskutovány možnosti přípravy 2­aminochinolin­4­olu, 2­amino­3­halogenchinolin­4­olu a 2,3­diaminochinolin­4­olu. Abstract:
The theoretical part of this thesis describes the bioactive properties of quinoline and its derivatives, possibilities of preparing 2­aminoquinoline­4­ol, 2­amino­3­halogenquinolin­4­ols and 2,3­diaminoquinolin­4­ol are discussed further. The practical part deals with the most suitable way of preparation 2­amino­3­halogenquinolin­4­ols and tries to find the optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis …more
