Relations between High school students' temper and acquisition of knowledge

Abstract:

V mé diplomové práci se zabývám souvislostmi mezi temperamentem studentů středních škol a jejich osvojováním učiva. Teoretická část prvně nastiňuje období adolescentů a jejich vývojově-psychologickou charakteristiku. Následně práce poskytuje informace o temperamentu a možných učebních stylech žáků. Prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu jsou v empirické části diagnostikovány učební styly a temperamentové typy žáků na střední škole. Pro tyto účely bylo využito komplexního dotazníkového šetření s využitím dvou standardizovaných dotazníků - TE-ZA-DO a LSI. Cílem této diplomové práce je rozpoznat, zda existuje nějaký vztah mezi temperamentem žáků středních škol a jejich způsobem osvojování učiva.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis I am dealing with the relations between high school students´ temper regard to their acquisition of knowledge. The theoretical part outlines adolescence and its developmental-psychological characteristics. Further, there are information about the temper and the possible learning styles of students. In the empirical part via the quantitate research there are diagnosed the learning styles and temperamental types of students attending high school. For these purposes, we applied a complex questionnaire composed of two standardized questionnaires - TE-ZA-DO and LSI. The aim of the diploma thesis is the recognition whether there is some relation between students´ temper attending high school and their way of acquisition of knowledge.
