Coaching as a Way of Emplyees' Development and Its Forms of Realization
Abstract:
Pro svoji diplomovou práci jsem si zvolil téma Koučing jako metoda rozvoje zaměstnanců a jeho realizační formy. Toto téma je mi blízké, protože koučování využívám v praxi. Jsem přesvědčen, že metoda koučování je nejúčinnější cestou rozvoje a nejefektivnější způsobem zvýšení aktivit a výsledků pracovníků.
Abstract:
I chose the theme Coaching as a Way of Employees´ Development and Its Forms of Realization for my dissertation. This theme is close to me, because I´m practising coaching in my current employment. I´m convinced, the method of coaching is the most useful way of development and the most effective way of increasing workers´ activities and results.
