The use of process audits according to the VDA 6.3 methodology to increase the effectiveness of the quality management system at Snoeks Automotive CZ s.r.o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zhodnocení efektivity sytému managementu kvality ve výrobě v Automotive společnosti. Výstupem této práce je realizovat interní audit procesu dle metodiky VDA 6.3 s manažerem kvality a navrhnout společně nápravná opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení systému managementu kvality na výrobní lince společnosti Snoeks Automotive CZ s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je definován managment kvality, kvalita a metodika auditování. V praktické části je postupně popsán chod auditu ve společnosti, jeho příprava, nápravná opatření a vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the quality management system in production in Automotive company. The output of this thesis is to carry out an internal process audit according to the VDA 6.3 methodology together with the lead auditor and to propose together corrective actions that would lead to the improvement of the quality management system in the production line of Snoeks Automotive CZ s.r.o. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines quality management, quality and auditing methodology. In the practical part the audit process in the company, its preparation, corrective measures and evaluation are described.
